Customer satisfaction

It is very important for us at Polydioma to know how satisfied our customers are, because our activities are always based on continuity. We normally request feedback about customer satisfaction after large orders as well as smaller translations, in order to find out how the jobs were handled. Where possible, this information is used to help us further improve the way we work.

The high quality we offer explains why many of our customers have chosen to continue using our services and have stayed loyal to our agency over the past thirty years.

Of course translation is a profession. There are university courses you can enrol for. But in addition to having a perfect command of your own and the foreign language, you also need experience and you need to specialise in a certain field.
