ATA
Polydioma is a member of the ATA (Association of Translation Agencies). This umbrella organisation was created out of the need for translation agencies in the Netherlands to unite and improve their services.
It is not about being the first and best association; on the initiative of the ATA, many associations of translation agencies across Europe are brought together in the European Union of Associations of Translation Companies (EUATC), as a consequence of which the ATA is able to demonstrate the quality of affiliated companies by means of certification.
If a difference of opinion ever arises over the execution of an order, then Polydioma undertakes to abide by the decision of the ATA’s Complaints Commission and to actively participate in the search for a solution. At Polydioma, the customer always comes first.
